Virtual Panel of Experts to Discuss Rising Challenges to Democracy, Peace and Human Rights Around the World
Hosted by American Friends Service Committee (AFSC)
The world is becoming more dangerous. Democracy, human rights, and peace are under threat, and there is a widespread move towards authoritarianism. Instead of a world where everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and everyone has what they need to live good lives, society is facing a world where multilateral institutions are losing influence, and with it, the international commitment to collective responsibility and humanitarian principles.
How can the world change course before it’s too late?
The American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) invites individuals to join for the launch of Voices for Peace 2025, a virtual dialogue series convening insightful thinkers and activists to discuss this global crisis.
