Alice joined HRFN in 2026 as the interim Operations & Events Manager, providing expertise in nonprofit finance, operations, and events management. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years with a focus on human rights and social justice. Prior to joining HRFN, Alice was the Director of Finance & Operations at the Disability Rights Fund for 7 years, helping to scale the organization as it increased its grantmaking. Alice is passionate about using her skills to support organizations in achieving their missions, and served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the International Funders for Indigenous Peoples from 2019 - 2026. Alice lives in Rhode Island and in her free time enjoys reading, spending time with her beagles, and supporting Liverpool (YNWA!). She holds an MBA in International Business and Organizational Management and a BS in Computer Information Systems.
