Head of Grants Management, Foundation for a Just Society
Kim joined the Foundation for a Just Society as the Head of Grants Management in August, 2021. In her role at FJS, she partners across operations, programs, and grantees to support the grantmaking lifecycle process; and also works to ensure all grantmaking processes are clear, comprehensive, and values aligned. Prior to FJS, Kim worked at GivingData as the director of client success. In her role there, she worked with a wide range of foundations to help them optimize their use of the GivingData grants management software, streamline and improve grantmaking processes, and implement philanthropic best practices. Before joining GivingData, Kim was the Director of Grants Management at Wellspring Advisors (now Wellspring Philanthropic Fund), where she implemented and oversaw grantmaking processes and compliance requirements for all US and international grant programs. Kim has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
