HRFN’s 2022 Global Conference

Gather with us to strategize, take risks, and imagine new possibilities for human rights funding.

Over three days, we will come together to:

• Explore how open philanthropy can manifest in our grantmaking decisions;
• Strengthen our collaboration as a global funding ecosystem; and
• Strategize about how to boldly advance key issues, including climate justice, racial justice, closing civic space, and feminist social change.

The conference will also include a half-day shared-strategy session with Prospera – International Network of Women’s Funds to develop joint analysis of human rights in different contexts and share learning about moving money to social movements.

COVID Safety
With the ongoing COVID pandemic we are committed to creating an environment that best protects the health of our conference attendees and greater Oaxaca community. We are working with our conference hotel to host the event outdoors and will follow all Covid protocols. We will continue to monitor the safety and security of travel.
