“Guardians at Risk: Confronting Corporate Abuse in Latin America and the Caribbean” is an analysis of the scale and nature of attacks on human rights defenders challenging corporate power in Latin America and the Caribbean. The report identifies 1,976 attacks against human rights defenders in Latin America and the Caribbean raising concerns about corporate harm between January 2015-December 2022, representing 42% of total attacks (4,700) recorded worldwide.
