Better Preparedness Playbook and Suite of Tools

Better Preparedness: Funding Resilience, provides tools and resources to funders as they develop new philanthropic approaches during times of crisis and closing civic space. The initiative brings together funders – from human rights, peace and security, and humanitarian sectors – and social movements to drive significant resources to civil society under threat.

The Crisis Coordination Playbook is a how-to guide for setting up coordination during a crisis. It was developed through a yearlong codesign process with over 40 foundations and in consultation with social movement partners.
