2023 marks the culmination of the collaborative vision of Alianza Socioambiental Fondos del Sur (Socio-environmental Funds of the Global South) of supporting community-based organizations championing environmental and human rights causes in the Global South.
This is an inaugural publication commemorating the two-year journey of the Socio-Environmental Funds of the Global South Alliance. The publication embodies the consolidation, showcasing the Alliance’s role as ecosystem contributors, narrates their journey, and introduces the profiles of the Alliance’s current funds, and spotlights a case study on the collective efforts in the triple border of the Amazon region.
