Megan Selland

Megan Selland is the Director of Grants Management at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, a private foundation that supports the realization of human rights and social and economic justice for all people. In this capacity, she oversees the grants management team and works closely with program staff and leadership to refine Wellspring’s grantmaking systems and processes. She joined Wellspring in 2014 as a Grants Management Associate, supporting several program teams in managing application reviews and due diligence. She previously worked as Grants Manager at America Abroad Media (AAM), where she developed funding proposals, led grant prospecting, and managed organizational grants. Prior to AAM, Megan supported the Guantanamo Bay detention visit program at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). She holds a BA in Global Studies and Political Science from Concordia College, Moorhead, and completed an MPhil in International Peace Studies at Trinity College Dublin.
