HRFN’s Funding Futures Festival strives to center accessibility.

The Rooms Hotel and Stamba Hotel have wheelchair access, and we will ensure the spaces are accessible for all abilities.

Simultaneous interpretation for spoken English/Georgian and closed captioning (English) will be available for plenaries and Lightning Talks. Simultaneous interpretation into other languages and sign language will be available upon request at the Festival. Interpretation into multiple languages for Discovery Journeys will be available upon request.

Covid Safety Protocols

HRFN is committed to maintaining the health and safety of everyone to the fullest extent possible. We will continue to monitor the situation to make the Festival as safe as possible in the current COVID-19 context. We will observe the local standards, venue protocols, and laws to be respectful visitors to Tbilisi. HRFN will finalize our masking policy closer to the event based on COVID levels and risks at that time.

We strongly encourage all attendees to take a rapid test prior to traveling to mitigate the challenges of a positive test once at the convening. Please don’t attend the Festival if you are COVID-positive, exhibit COVID symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19, within five days prior to the event.
