Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

Registration cancellations received before 22 October 2022 will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received after 23 October 2022 will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations can be canceled online through the Whova system.

Registrations can be transferred to another person at the same organization. Email HRFN at conference@hrfn.org to transfer your registration.

No refunds will be given for no-shows.

COVID Refund Policy

To help maintain the health and safety of all conference attendees HRFN recommends that if possible people take a COVID test before leaving home. If you test positive before the event and cannot attend you can either transfer your registration to someone else at your organization, or HRFN will move your registration to our 2023 conference. No refunds will be available.

Event Cancellation

If the conference is canceled due to health and safety reasons, registrations will be transferred to HRFN’s next conference. Attendees will be able to transfer their registrations to another person at their organization if they can not attend. No refunds will be available.
