Registration

HRFN’s conference is open to HRFN members, movements, funders, and individuals dedicated to resourcing human rights movements.

We are moved and excited to see many of you in Oaxaca for HRFN’s Funding Futures Festival in just two months.

Registration is now closed. We have reached the capacity we can safely gather in the current COVID-19 context.

See more in our statement here.

Please know that there will be more opportunities to connect. We are already planning the next Festival. Stay tuned! We will also be sharing updates on new communities of practice and chances to connect in the coming months. And, as always, we continue to build with you, our community, to shape the spaces we need to move toward more just and open philanthropy.

Feel free to message us at conference@hrfn.org if you have any questions.

Fees

  • Members: $500 per person. For current HRFN members. To receive this rate, individuals must be based at organizations that are current with their 2022 HRFN dues. All staff from member organizations are eligible for the member rate.
  • Non-members: $900 per person. For individuals from philanthropic organizations that are not HRFN members. To receive the member rate, eligible organizations can join or renew by paying HRFN member dues.
  • Solidarity rate: $250 per person. For individuals from philanthropic organizations based in the Global South and East or from social movement partners with budgets under USD 250,000 who could otherwise not afford to attend.

Check here to see if your organization’s membership is up to date.

We are committed to access and accessibility. During registration, we will capture information to support participation across languages, ability, and other needs such as childcare and dietary restrictions.

Please note that the Funding Futures Festival is a place to strategize and strengthen global funding for human rights. This is a non-solicitation space. While networking and relationship-building is encouraged, fundraising is not.

Scholarships

HRFN has a limited amount of scholarships (up to $1,500). These are specifically intended for small philanthropic organizations that will broaden and deepen the perspective within the global funding ecosystem. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and closed once funding has been allocated. To inquire, email conference@hrfn.org.
